YOUR EASY WAY TO ORDER ONLINE:

 

1. Using “SEARCH & BOOK”, select the product you require and add it to

    your basket. The basket is always displayed on the right side.

2. To complete your order select “CHECKOUT”.

3. Now you have to enter your customer data.

4. Here we check whether we are able to deliver your order in time for

   your departure.

5. Following confirmation of your order, you will be prompted to enter

   your credit card details on an encrypted page. 

6. Once the payment procedure has been successfully completed, your

   order will be delivered to you by post automatically.

1.   SELECTING PRODUCTS

You can find the product you want by selecting “SEARCH & BOOK”.  Select a single town or product category and you will be given the overview you require.  Click on “Details” under the selected product and you will be given all the necessary detailed information.

2.   SHOPPING BASKET

With each product you have the option (indicated below the stated price) of adding this item to your basket.As soon as you have selected a product, your shopping basket will appear on the right hand side.  Now you can use “SEARCH & BOOK” to select further products or you can complete your order by clicking on “CHECKOUT”. Of course you also have the option of taking products out of your basket again, by clicking on “delete basket” under the product in question.

3.   CHECKOUT - PAYMENT

Your order is executed in 5 easy steps.

Here you can check your shopping basket and make any changes or additions.

 

All personal payment data are requested on the next page.  Note: if you are a Groundline partner you must have registered BEFOREHAND.

 

> > > Step 2
Please complete all fields correctly and in full.  This is essential to enable us to guarantee problem free delivery to your required address at the proper time.

 

> > > Step 3 
Please add the 1st date of validity for the service booked.

 

If you have selected more than one product, please do this for all the other products also.

 

Note: The overview shows the earliest possible date of validity.  This date is calculated automatically on the basis of the date when the booking is made and the delivery period we need in order to be able to deliver your required order to you on time.

 

The number of days depends on the country to which the documents have to be sent.  We regret that we cannot process orders if your arrival date falls within this period.

 

If this is the case please contact your travel bureau, which will be happy to execute your order for you, even at short notice.

 

> > > Step 4
You will receive your valid order number, which you should keep to hand in the event of any queries.  Please re-check the products you have booked and the dispatch address you have given.

 

> > > Step 5
If you now click on >continue<, you will be taken to an encrypted page, where your payment will be processed.

 

NOTE: The payment process is started in a “pop up”.
If the pop up does not open for you, you have probably activated a pop up blocker.  If this is the case, please click here.

 

You will then automatically receive a confirmation of order / invoice sent to your email address as stated.

4.   PAYMENT

Your credit card account will not be debited until your order has been sent.  Your payment details are not stored on our system and payments are processed on an encrypted page.

5.   DESPATCH

Your order is dispatched automatically by registered mail.  However, we need a processing period in order to effect delivery on time.  This period is calculated on the basis of the date of your order (booking date) and the date of your arrival.

 

Depending on the country to which the documents are to be sent, you should expect the processing period to be 10-14 days.

 

If your selected arrival date falls within this period, we regret that we will not be able to carry out your order.
